This is a review for the pod I purchased in 2020, so it might not reflect the recent changes. We got this for a trip to Florida that we knew would be sunny. First thing first, it works and blocks out almost all light. You can turn on the lights without your baby waking up. Still, it got very hot. We were horrified to open it up one morning and find our son moist with sweat. He also didn’t like going into the tent and would scream whenever we tried to put him in. Eventually, we cranked the A/C down as low as it would go and opened all the vents. If I had to do it again, I would just buy blackout curtains.

Great product and helped our little one go to sleep just like he was at home!

This is amazing. Completely black inside the pod, easy to set up and take down, and didn't get too hot inside. The little pocket for the monitor camera worked perfectly. Excited to get the fan once it comes back in stock.

We purchased something similar on amazon and I did not love it. When I saw the Slumberpod on instagram recommended by someone I trusted I decided to return the Amazon one and purchase the Slumberpod. It was SO much better. I love the option to add the camera. We are using it as I type this in a hotel with only one room. She would likely not have slept if it wasn't super dark or if she could see us. It is awesome that we can see in there using the camera to know when she is actually sleeping without opening it and disrupting her. 100% worth it and would recommend.

We don't travel without our Slumberpod. My 2 year grandson calls it his tent and he loves sleeping in it.
