“Great concept, but poor construction. Our tent pole broke on the first use! Bent under a totally normal amount of pressure. This is obviously a recurring problem, as they also sell replacement poles. After contacting the company, they refused to replace the defective piece. For this price, I would expect better customer service. I really wanted to rave about this.”
“I purchased the Slumberpod a couple of months back and just recently used it for my trip to Mexico! My baby is 9 months and sleep trained and has been in his own space since 2 weeks old. I have to say I was nervous about my trip because we never shared a room. With the slumberpod he slept 12 hours per night and 2 1.5 hour naps during the day! The SlumberPod 2.0 works great by allowing her to have a dark and separate environment to nap and sleep. We can now go in/out of our bedroom without worrying about disturbing her. We ordered the fan that came with the updated version and like the additional airflow it provides inside the pod. Highly recommend.”
