I pre-ordered the slumberpod and i got an email saying it wasn’t going to be delivered till after our trip which I was bummed about but customer service was great, they asked me when I needed the slumberpod to be delivered to be able to use it on our trip & they were able to send me one & it made it prior to our trip!! “Didn't have such a great experience with the ordering and shipping of my order. I tried to get my order in time for our long family trip and they were unable to get it to me in time.... so now it's sitting in front of my house while we are on vacation. When I found out they were delayed in filling their orders and their shipping date changed I tried to upgrade to expedited shipping and with a little one it's hard to check emails so they said I missed the deadline for that shipping. So unfortunately I have yet to try the product and would have really used it on this trip but I like I said it was a bad experience with the shipping.”

“The Slumberpod is the best sleep saver when it comes to travel. My in-laws have a small house so the only place for the baby to sleep in pack n play was in the living room. We were able to hang out in the living room with the tv on and talking while our little one slept soundly! We put the Nest camera into the little viewing window the slumberpod has and it was perfect for checking on her. This makes traveling with a baby a whole lot less stressful. HIGHLY recommend.”
