The poles are nice. I wish they were covered for more than 90 days and I didn’t have to purchase them.

We purchased these because one of the poles on our slumberpod snapped. The product is as described but I was disappointed customer service didn’t offer another solution seeing as we only had the tent about a year. We probably used it about 10 times before a pole broke. Hopefully these hold up longer.

My original slumperpod poles broke after maybe 3 uses. Slumberpod warranty is terrible and only covers 90 day limited warranty so unfortunately i had to buy this set.

Purchased these replacement parts before going on a trip to replace a bent set that we had for our existing slumber pod. Paid for expedited shipping to make sure they arrived on time. The parts did not arrive on time. In fact, they didn't arrive until after we were back from our trip almost a month later. Furthermore, the parts were damaged in shipping and were unusable and had to be thrown out. Would not recommend paying for expedited service or trust that your parts will arrive intact and undamaged.

SlumberPod is a very good company to work with. We ordered two sets of replacement poles (duplicate order) by mistake and SlumberPod promptly refunded the cost of the second set off poles even before I returned them. Very reputable.

One pole of my new slumberpod broke. I contacted slumberpod and they immediately sent out a set of replacement poles. I think it is a good idea to have a set of replacement poles on hand just in case this happens while you’re away.

I had to order a replacement pole after one use of the slumberpod. Since my daughter ordered the Slumberpod from Amazon, I was told there is no warranty.
