“One pole of my new slumberpod broke. I contacted slumberpod and they immediately sent out a set of replacement poles. I think it is a good idea to have a set of replacement poles on hand just in case this happens while you’re away.”
“I had to order a replacement pole after one use of the slumberpod. Since my daughter ordered the Slumberpod from Amazon, I was told there is no warranty.”
