“Looks great and work perfectly. It is installed in an outdoor gazebo, so the wireless control feature made installation much simpler. When originally installed, I was not happy with the volume of air being generated. I contacted customer support and included a photo of the installation. Their almost instant response suggested an extended rod to lower the unit; it seemed to close to the eaves of the gazebo. The extension solved the problem and we are now enjoying cool breezes. Great product backed up by excellent customer service.”
