“I was leary of ordering an extension rod that was not OEM. I called customer service prior to my purchase. I was guided on which rod to buy, and everything worked perfectly. I am at best, not mechanical. The installation, by myself, was super easy”

“With a high, yet sloped ceiling we needed something longer than the pole that came with our Carro fan. Ordering a 24” extension was easy and delivery was prompt. We’re very happy with this purchase and the fan it’s on in our new Garden Room. I highly recommend Carro! Their app is great, too!”

“I ordered a black downrod, but got a white one. The metal dowel that was sent needed to be cut down to use the ball and socket system included with the fan. As time was not something I had to waste, I ended up using a hack saw to cut down the dowel and painting the rod black to match. It all worked out in the end, but dissappointing.”
