“The downrod works, for some reason the safety cable provided in the downrod is not the same as what’s in the manual. It is bigger, and does not fit in the covers when assembling the fan so I had to omit it. Also the extension cables have connectors on the end, but the fan and the ceiling obviously do not, so there was a degree of wire cutting and stripping necessary.”

“It's a downrod designed for the fan I bought (Carro Apex) designed for their DC motor and it works. Quality is good. Not hard to install. Comes with an internal safety cable. My ceiling is a little more than 13 feet and I would have liked a downrod just a bit longer than this 36” one but it works pretty well at this length so no worries.”

“I returned this downrod because I didn't need, but SMAFAN has not refunded the price.”

Could you please give us the tracking number of the returned downrod? We are unable to find your returned package because there are lots of packages in our warehouse.
