“I originally bought one fan to replace the builder grade fan in the Master Bedroom in the new house. I liked it so much that I bought a second one for one of the other bedrooms. After installing the 2nd fan I noticed a noise that was not experienced in the first fan. To make a long story short, Smafan ended up sending me a new motor unit to allow me to replace the noisy one. Now both fans are performing perfectly. Here is a testament to the attentive service I received from Smafan.”
