“This had been a great addition for a room where the current wall switch isn’t working. We were excited about the remote and ability to control from an app on our phone. The app has worked perfectly, however the remote is extremely temperamental and needs to be repeatedly push over and over until it starts to work, only to then stop working and not be reliable again. Hoping to contact customer service to see if they can help with the remote issue. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful fan design and very quiet and stable! Considering another one in white for a different bedroom.”
