“I ordered this fan for my Master Bedroom. Shipping was very quick. I hired an electrician to install this and 3 other fans. When he opened the box, it was missing the advertised 12" downrod and only had the 6". (Item stated it should come with both) I emailed Smafan and customer service was quick to respond. They immediately shipped the missing 12" rod . Other than that little snafu, the fan works great. The max brightness if very bright which is what I was hoping for and I really like the Nature setting for when I'm about to go to sleep. It feels like Im outside and very soothing! Very happy with the look and operation of the fan. I also was able to connect the fan to Alexa. Works perfectly!”
