“I bought three fans, and they look great out on my lanai. Setting them up on the app was easy. I love how I can sync all three, so whatever I turn on or off with one - the others do the same. I had read reviews about the remote, so didn't even try to use one. The only thing that sucked was that the glass light cover came broken on all three fans. Contacting customer service was not a big deal though, and SmaFan shipped replacements I received in less than 5 business days.”
