“We love our DC fans, which do a great job of moving air in our dining room and living room. If I had only one issue with these, it's that the remotes can feel a little too brittle. I would like it if they were more robust. We had a slight hum with one of the fans, but when customer service reached out they were quick to send me a brand new motor assembly for free, which resolved my issue. Wonderful customer service!”
