“Fan and customer service is very nice. Programming/function is certainly lacking. The fan looks great and is of high quality. It was easy to install but upon installation, I noticed that one of the blades had a hairline crack. SmaFan replaced all of the blades free of charge and it has been working great ever since. Now the reason I docked it a star: any time you chance a setting with the remote or a smart device (automation, Google, Alexa, etc.), the fan beeps a confirmation beep. For example, I have an automation program set up through Smart Life to automatically turn the light off every night at a certain time. The automation runs whether the light is on or not, but it beeps to confirm that the signal was sent. This inevitably wakes you up if you have already gone to sleep. I was originally hoping to set the fan to change speeds with the temperature or at certain times of the night, but once again it beeps loudly and wakes you up. This seems like a simple setting that could be updated, but”
