“I was very impressed with the customer service. I called with the numbers from my 30+ year old Briggs on my TracVac and the folks were able to give me the exact Honda model number engine that would bolt right up to my vacuum in the exact position so no modifications would be required. The engine arrived promptly in good condition even though it had moved around in the shipping box a bit.”
