“The only complaint I have is that the motor was delivered to my neighbor‘s house and the front of my house on the porch is clearly marked with my address so we had to go searching for it, and luckily it was delivered to my neighbor’s house.”
Thanks for the feedback, David. We’re sorry the package ended up at your neighbor’s place and for the inconvenience it caused. The engine shipped out from us on Monday 12/29 and we did email you the Invoice which included the tracking information. Unfortunately, once it leaves our facilitity and is in the hands of the shipping company we do not have any control over the shipping part. On your tracking, it did ship via UPS and they do show it as being out for delivery on Friday 1/2 and normally with UPS they give you a time period for the delivery. We are sorry that happened to you but grateful it was so close to you at your neighbor's house. We truly do appreciate your business.
