Sorry to hear about the delay with your item. Tracking on the shipment did show USPS delivered it on 1/20/2026, however, it looks like you did call in and spoke to our Customer Service Department and we did go ahead and send out another replacement part for you that has shipped. You should have received the email today with the tracking information, that should allow you to see the movement of your part.
