“Before our trip has even begun all of our group in our private tour are up in arms about the way our seats were arranged - or better yet NOT arranged. We were told we had seats that were assigned - we were given wrong information - firstly that the consolidator couldn’t change seats - then they could. That we had to conform to the seats they assigned! We did. And then the seats were all changed again. Then they told us to go on and choose our seats - and there are 9 seats left peppered throughout the plane! This is NOT ideal these people are going into a trip and are already miffed and stressed at the arrangements provided by Smart Tours! Not good! Very disappointing. More attention should have been given to this trip - for a better outcome. We feel like we were Guinea pigs in the first time use of some new arrangements you have with this consolidator. Frankly it’s not working!!!”
