“I first have to mention the flight on Emirates Airlines. The flight was smooth with delicious meals and friendly attendants. My tour guide, Mohammed Saleem was simply the best. If I can take him to my ither planned trips I would. Our hotel stays, local tours and the experience was memorable. My family and I will utilize Smart Tours again.”

“Everything was wonderful. This was my first guided tour vacation and I enjoyed it!! It was nice to be back in the sun and our tour guide Mohammed was the BEST. I can't wait to visit Abu Dahbi and Dubai again. Thanks for the awesome experience!!!”

“Enjoyable trip. Learnt a lot about their culture. Feel very safe. The tourist vendors were not overbearing. Was able to find food to my liking. The buildings were spectacular.”

“We just returned from this trip last week. The time we spent in Abu Dhabi was great. The hotel was located downtown so we could walk to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Not so with the hotel in Dubai. It was not located within walking distance of anything. So unless you took a taxi, there was nothing to do with your free time. It was also a TWO hour wait in the hotel restaurant for our food for our farewell dinner! I was also not happy with our trip to the Dubai Mall to visit the Burj Khalifa. We got there in time for lunch, went to the top of the Burj Khalifa, then were taken back to our hotel before 4:00 PM. The Dubai Mall is the largest mall in the world and has the largest performing fountains in the world. But we were not given time to explore the mall nor view the fountains in action which started at 6:00 PM. My recommendation would be to allow guests to remain at the mall until 7:00 or 8:00 PM so we could explore the mall, view the fountains, and eat dinner at one of the mall's many restaurants. I'm not sure anyone I spoke with enjoyed the Louvre museum tour without a specific guide (and my phone QR code that would have explained more wouldn't download). I would highly recommend switching it out with the Museum of the Future tour. We tried to get reservations, but there were none available until the week after we left. Even the market tour seemed rushed only to get back to our hotel with nothing to do. One more suggestion is that when we arrived, we were taken to a buffet breakfast right away; however, we had just finished eating breakfast on our flight, so no one was hungry. Then we didn't eat again until supper. It would have been much better had we driven straight to Abu Dhabi and eaten lunch there rather than had a double breakfast. I would find it hard to recommend this tour to my friends unless changes were made to the Dubai portion of the tour. What I do want to compliment is our tour guide Muhammed and our bus driver Faisal. They were knowledgeable of the area and the culture, offering valuable insights to enrich our experience. The desert safari and camel ride were the highlights! This was a good trip, but not nearly as great as our Smartours China trip.....”

“This was my first tour with Smartours and I loved it!!! Muhammad was an awesome tour guided!!! I have been raving about this tour ever since I came back. This was the best birthday trip ever. I highly recommend booking this trip. Everything that you need and want to see is included. So if you are debating on doing it BOOK IT now.”
