“I should never have been told I was a candidate for this with impacted wisdom teeth leaving no room for any movement. The Aligners did nothing other than cause pain, I have now had the wisdom teeth removed and will be seeing a qualified orthodontist who will correct my smile.
May work for some but their pre-screening should be far more accurate.”

“I purchased the full treatment plan 5 nearly 6 months ago, and initially received the impression kit swiftly, which I sent back and was receiving prompt communications via email to confirm the treatment and guide me through the next steps. However, after sending back the impressions and waiting a several months to receive aligners that I had not received I emailed to enquire about the delay and was told with an apology there had been manufacturing delays and that they would update me soon on the situation and I should receive the aligners shortly. However many more weeks and eventually months went by of receiving nothing, followed by a halt in replies from emails about what was going on, which eventually has left me to the supposition that I have been scammed out of £1000. Still hoping to hear back and get this resolved. Not happy at all frankly”
