“Ordering was easy - I like the feature that tells you what frames work with your prescription. Frames fit well out of the box. Wish I could get the discounted price now available on the website, since I just ordered mine a few weeks ago.”
“I have been buying Smith prescription glasses for years and at this point I am certain this will be my last purchase. I love the frames and the fit, but the lenses are where things fall flat. I’ve had issues with delaminating on them, and even though Smith makes it easy to warranty it is a hassle to be without nice vision for the time it takes to receive the new pair. The glasses just don’t hold up to everyday wear, which is pretty sad when you pay the price they ask for them.
Smith customer service is always very helpful, and I know that the problems are not their fault. These prescription glasses are way to expensive for them to seem cheap. If anything, because the lenses are such garbage, these glasses should just cost the stated amount for the frame and the lenses should just be added at no extra cost.
I hope Smith can correct this issue and start to create a more superior product, but until then I will look for my vision help elsewhere.”
“Been a Smith customer for 20+ years and love their products. It would have been a 5-star but the color of the frames on the website vs what I received is not even close, they are almost black. Called Smith and they did provide a partial refund but the customer rep said we have been asking Marketing to get that picture updated. Come on Marketing!”

“These are my new favorite all-purpose clear lens glasses! They’re light, comfortable and stay on well. I wear them for low-light Mtb and fat bike rides, but they’re great for driving and grocery getting too.”
“The frames were much larger than expected and very loose. The “thin and light” “photochromatic” lenses were neither. Lenses were twice as thick as my old ones. The company did work with me and I appreciate that. I will buy other things from Smith.”

“Grey tortoise is hard to see in everyday situations. Cool in theory but not enough contrast between grey and black to be noticeable. If you take them off and look at them up close you can see the tortoise but when wearing them they just look black.”
