“Fit for my big nose is good but not great. It's hard to find glasses that fit my nose shape. I wish Smith had the option to order a few pair of glasses to see what fits the best and then send them all back and get lenses made for the ones I like best. I found 1 Smith dealer near me that carried RX frames, and they had 2 options, so no local option to try any on. I know they have a 30 day guarantee, but that is a PITA to order glasses, find out they don't fit and have to send them back and repeat until you find what you like.
Quality of the glasses is great though.”

“Ordered new prescription glasses. Smith sent me the i code times after waiting a week. I tried using their stupid online assistant. No help. Finally called their “customer service” during business hours. I was told I had to return the old incorrect pair and re-order new glasses. Meaning I’d have to wait a week for them to be restocked then another week for them to arrive. No discount, no “sorry for our mistake”, no free shipping…. Nothing. I will order elsewhere next time.”
