“The ordering process was pretty simple and straight forward. The prescription glasses came in a timely manner and arrived just before I had to fly out to another part of the US. Time was so short that I didn't get to try them on before leaving. When I did try them on the fit well and were very comfortable. However, the first time I cleaned them I realized the the lenses not tight in the frames. Upon my return home I called customer service and explained the problem. The customer service representative was empathetic and sent me a UPS label so I could return them to get repaired. A couple days later I received a message informing me that the glasses could not be fixed. I was sent a credit voucher for the amount I had paid and instructed to order another pair.
I would be responsible for any costs above the amount of the voucher. I started the order process again and ordered the same glasses, the cost of which were covered by the voucher; however, I had to pay for shipping.
Since Smith had already produced pair of glasses, why couldn't the second pair be produced using the same specifications?”

“i’m seriously impressed at how much these glasses wrap around and keep bright light out, which makes them perfect for snow and water activities. Even more impressive that smith made my prescription work on lenses that shape… but they work amazingly.
Great contrast and color vision even in the shade / woods. I couldn’t be more happy with these.
If theirs is anything to pick on it’s that construction feels a little “light” … but so far so good.”
