The included neck cord is very difficult to install and no instructions.”

“I ordered a RX pair of the Guides Choice, when they came in they fit great, but it took a few minutes for my eyes to adjust to the prescription but once I took them off my eyes felt fatigued. I sent the prescriptions glasses back and ordered a new pair and they are AWWWsome!!! By far the best glasses I have owned in a while. I have given up on Costa they have good lenses, but the frames don't last. Smith is definitely my go to glasses now, and there customer support is Great.”
