“I tried ordering them, but unfortunately your are unable to do so for my prescription. However, your online ordering process allowed me to order them and submit my credit card information before I was told in an email that Smith couldn't fulfill this order. And three+ weeks later I was charged for these on my credit card! I have had to call customer service and they are cancelling the charge - but may take a day or two. I have since ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from a competitor. And I get a survey for a product I have never ordered? The only positive from this experience is that your customer service reps are friendly and professional.”
“At 44 years old I finally had to get glasses. I’ve always worn sunnies but never prescription lenses. I went to a few online retailers and bought two that did not fit or feel good on my ears or head. Finally out two and two together and realized my riptide sunnies fit great and I could get them as regular prescription lenses. Bingo bango I have lenses that fit great and don’t slide off my nose.”

“I took a chance and ordered these without being able to try them on, and am happy I did.
They look good (even on me), are comfortable to wear for hours at a time / most of the day straight, and stick to my face extremely well.
I have only had them for a few weeks but as of now, would recommend without any reservations.
Chromapop on the transitionals isn't as great as on the sunglasses though .”
“Base RX was correct but the progressive was effectively off the bottom of the lens. A reality check needs added to the lens shop to make sure they are producing a workable product. I was refunded without issue and I appreciate that.”
