“I had high expectations for this product and feel it really missed the mark. Primary, the lenses get no where near dark enough for the kind of environments (glacier/snow/alpine) I think this style of sunglass was designed for and should excel at. The glasses themselves feel “cheap” compared to all other Smith models I’ve owned. The side covers are just ok, not being attached to the arms they move while wearing. They don’t fit well with a ski helmet, but better with a climbing helmet and beanie, and the keeper strap provided is unusable with either. My overall impression is that these are more fashion than function. Three stars is generous.”

“As a professional climbing guide the health of my eyes is paramount when outside in the reflected sun. I’d been wearing another brand and they just didn’t fit right - surprisingly too large. I usually wear large sizes in Smith eyewear and even though these are mediums they fit perfect and can wear them all day. Of course no more needs to be said about Smith quality frames and lenses!”
