“Please review problem with 2nd item a Leash for my wife's Smith glasses that is a problem.
1) The process to replace my previous Guides Choice due to lens delamination / rubber portion of leash deterioration was fairly smooth.
2) However, the leash we ordered for my wife's Smiths did not arrive with my glasses as ordered. I called and the representative stated it was the old leash not the one on the website. He reordered the correct one and had it shipped at no charge. When it was delivered again the incorrect leash was sent a rope type not good for water use or beach.
