“I had mine for 3 years now and I loved then since day one. Now, they are still solid and look great. Chromapop really loves up to it's name. Polarized is a must for everyday use. Quality is greater than other sunglasses I had from another popular brand. I liked my Smith sunglasses so much I wanted to buy a pair for my girlfriend, turns out her favorite was also the Lowdown Slim 2 model, and she really loves them too! Now we look like we wanted to match! Only bad side is that it doesn't include a case. It should, because with everyday sunglasses you often take then on and off, store in a backpack, etc... Had to purchase one separately.”
“I’m overall ver satisfied with the product. I’m not so satisfied with your non warranty policy on lense replacement. I’m 74 years old, still very active, worn many different sunglasses, by many different manufacturers. Personally, I think Smith should offer a lense replacement program to serve their customers. However I get it, we have turned into a wasteful throw away society. Once again, my experience with David and the customer service department was excellent.”
