“So far I am happy with the glasses I purchased online from SMITH. Unfortunately, the promotional offer did not apply when I purchased them. I contacted SMITH customer service and after quite a bit of back and forth the customer representative offered to send a check equivilent to the promotional offer discount. Unfortunately, this was offered on Jun 5, 2023 and it is now July 14, 2023. I have not received the refund check as promised. I am not sure that I will purchase again online. REI has better customer service.”
