“I bought two replacement lenses to take with me on an international ski trip. The options of lense colors, the ease of taking the lenses on and off and the fit for my Smith helmit make it perfect for travel. Now i have google colors that coordinate with my different ski jackets while only bringing my one IO Mag S frame.”
“I like the visibility of this lens in cloudy and stormy days. Problem is, the seal was defective out of the box. While Smith covered the lens under warranty - they charge a substantial sum for shipping.”
“Both my husband and my smith goggle lenses had issues after less than one season of use. The store we purchased from was unable to support any sort of warranty, so after gathering our receipt for the purchase, I placed a request through Smith warranty. I needed to process each claim separately per their system, though both were approved. I was disappointed to see that Smith charges a $15 shipping and processing fee for a warranty claim, so given that, I asked if I could combine the two claims into one shipment since they were both going to the same address, and they would not allow me to do that. Getting charged $30 after having spent over $500 for both goggles was pretty disappointing.”

“I am extremely careful with my goggles. This is the 2nd lens I've gotten (the first was defective) and I still feel like this lens has some defects in certain parts of the lens. I love the view overall and the vision is crystal clear - except for some places on the lens”
“Why do you sell lens with the same name but a small and large size. I know, I’m not the only one that discovered this after the fact. Instead of having a small S to note that it is small you should actually write out the word and make it very clear that it will not fit some of the same lens.”
