“This is a warranty replacement. A replacement that took a long time and a fair bit of work to get smooth to honor their posted warranty. In the end they came through and the rating is more about the inconvenience than the product.
They took so long to replace a defective helmet that the hills were closed by the tone I received it so I can only tell you that it fits. Toward the rest, wind noise, warmth, etc it will have to wait till the next season.”

“After using my old helmet for the last 10+ years, the Smith Level was a great upgrade. The main reason for the purchase was the MIPS level of protection. The helmet is true to fit for my small head (6-7/8 hat size and purchased Small). The helmet is comfortable with minimal pressure on ears. The vents worked great during spring. Love the integration with the I/O Mag goggles.”
“Love this new helmet - L fits me perfectly and the rear adjustment dials it in nicely. Very comfortable to wear all day. The only reason I'm not giving a "5" is due to the fact that the Smith Goggles I bought tend to still ride up the front of the helmet (when not in use) and eventually slide off - they are still connected via the goggle strap in the back thought. But overall, I actually now get compliments on my helmet and never have in previous 20 yrs with my old helmet!”
