“I ordered the medium size in this but its tight even on the largest adjustable setting in the back of the neck. I usually wear a very thin hood under my helmet (the ones that are meant for skiers attached to the fleece neck gaiter). I WISH I had ordered the large size. Like the look of this helmet and recommend it to others but be wary.. size up”

“Just took on my 5 day ski trip to Park City. Fit was very comfortable and M was perfect size for 5’9” and 145 lbs. I used the MIPS tightening while on the slopes, and loosened it up afterwards hanging outside in town. Love the look!”
“The fit and color is great. The ear flaps don’t keep my ears warm so I have to fully cover them with a skull cap/ buff. I’m having trouble fitting Smith goggles with the helmet with my smaller face and the goggles won’t stay on the brim when I try to sit them there.”

“I love Smith helmets, and it was time to replace my old one. After doing a little research, I purchased the Mirage from a ski shop (that was the "highest" level Smith helmet they had). I decided it wasn't as comfortable on my head as I'd like, and decided to upgrade to the Liberty. It's a really perfect comfortable fit, MIPS (which was a MUST - I'm an advanced skier - not quite expert...), and integrates with my new Smith goggles perfectly. Very pleased.”
