“I want to start by saying Smith's customer service is over the top. I had a road bike helmet I bought 5 years ago and the fit system piece of plastic broke. I contacted Smith to buy a new fit system, and they told me their warranty covered the helmet, and they would send me a new helmet. I received the new helmet in less than 2 weeks. i am a Smith's customer for life. It is had enough getting a live person on the phone, let alone a new helmet under warranty in less than 2 weeks. Smith's took great care of me, and I am telling everyone.”

“I have several other brands of helmets and couldn’t find one that I was totally happy with until I tried the Smith Trace. My size is on the high side of medium and the low side of large. So I have trouble finding a helmet that fits well! They are either too tight or too loose. I tried on the Trace medium, with my scull cap that I wear, and it fits great. Light weight and very well ventilated.

“I’ve been a smith helmet user for quite a while. Their products get better every time there is a design up grade. In this case, I upgraded from and old overtake to the trace helmet. Smaller, cleaner, better ventilation and you got to love that shades integration.”
