“Ordered my helmet a month ago, and still have not received it. I tried to contact them thru email because they did not send me a confirmation , they just charged me $300. So after a week, they sent me the confirmation number and said that the item is on its way. When I checked the tracking number they sent me, they still have the item and have yet to send it. I contacted them again thru email and tried to cancel but someone named Tanya replied and said that the transaction is in the advanced stage of shipping so they cannot cancel it. How is it in the advanced stage of shipping when they have not shipped the item. I have been trying to contact them since then every day but have not heard from them for 3 weeks now. So disappointed because this was supposed to be my birthday gift in September. I reported to BBB in hopes that other people would not have the same experience as mine.”

“I dig the helmet, but it squeaks a lot. Not sure if that's usual for the MIPS helmets, but it makes enough noise that is actually distracts me while I'm riding.”

“Great fitting and lightweight helmet my only issue is that I would have loved to see Fidlock buckle system on this helmet. That is just my personal preference though.”

“It looks great and has plenty of ventilation. The sizing is about 1/2 size too small. I measured for the upper end of a size small. However, I’ve to use the thinnest pads to fit comfortably. I also owned the Forefront, size small, and it fits well. Definitely enjoying wearing the Mainline riding the bike park.”

“Forget about the full face helmets you have ever tried in the past. The "Mainline" is INCREDIBLE. It is incredibly light and balanced, perfectly snug fitting, it breathes and channels air against your skull providing a cooling breeze. Really, you forget you are wearing a full face helmet the comfort is so perfect. I doubt I will wear anything else for years. Smith knocked it out of the park here. Hands down, best MTB helmet on the market.”
