“Love this goggle. It comes with the bright light (bluebird days) as well as low light lens (use during night skiing). I also purchased a “medium” light transmission lens for overcast days. It is so easy to swap lenses. The fit and field of view are great as well.”

“They look good but squish my nose and cheeks a bit. I should have opted for the i/ox. Easy lens swap out. The style and fit is noticably different (smaller) than the previous iteration of the io non-mag.”

“I have the I/O mag xl for OTG and the RX insert. Howey, I kept getting snow in them from around my nose. My face is not an xl. Picked these up to wear whith contacts. Fit is perfect and I haven't had any snow or fog in them. Also I chose the same ChromoPop as my smith sunglasses as I love how they transition and work very well in sun and clouds cover.”
“The fit is true to size, I’ll give you that. Probably I have a slightly smaller head so they apply a bit of pressure on my nose, making them feel a bit uncomfortable, if I wear them with a helmet (tried both Oakley and Smith) it get’s even worse cause they are pushed even more towards my nose. But that’s probably on mi head’s physiognomy. The 2 star ratings is actually given cause, on my first powder day on the mountain, some water drops made it inside the space between the lenses, and COMPLETELY fogged them inside, there was no way of removing that fog appart from letting them dry near a hear source overnight. I had to borrow a friend’s spare googles for the rest of the day cause it was dangerous (really overcast day, couldn’t see imperfections in the terrain). To sum up, I still think they are good googles, but probably better to stay on the slopes on a windy and cold day and avoid moisture from building within the foam and around your googles. Also a great aspect is the fact that you get 2 lenses, that’s sometime a big deal breaker against Oakley for example.”

“When there's something i like and that works well for me? I stick with it thoroughly. I've been riding Smith goggles since winter season of '98 - '99 and never once waivered to try another brand... it's always been Smith. Bluebird days, night riding, through white out conditions & coaching at different mountains around the world, Smith has been one of the few tried & true brands I've been using time and again. I now ride The I/O & Scout helmet (on days when it's deep or dumping the helmet lip keeps snow from getting in above the frame and collecting, then melting into the inside of the lens), 4D Mag & Code helmet on bluebird days or night riding. And of course various lenses for both goggles.
