“Bought these to replace Smith Skyline googles that are nearly impossible to switch out lens. With the ski season over I haven’t had a chance to try the IO’s. FYI - Smith’s return policy is pathetic! Purchased a new lens for the Skyliner that I left boxed until I need them. When I went to use the new lense, I couldn’t get the lens installed properly so I wanted to return the new lense and purchase the IO’s. The return was not allowed - I missed the 30 day restriction.”
“I have now had to warranty two of my Smith Goggles and it disgusts me how they demand that you intentionally ruin a product that could still be usable or repairable. What difference does it make to Smith if my broken goggles are completely destroyed or not? Just poor sustainability practice by a company that advocates for outdoor sports.”
