About Snoozer Pet Products:

Snoozer was established in Greenville, South Carolina in 1985 with the intention of manufacturing and selling the finest dog beds, dog car seats, dog sofas and pet accessories in the industry. The same values that drove the establishment of the company then remain instilled in the company today. Snoozer is family owned and operated, and most of our products are sewn and assembled by hand here in the USA.

As we like to say, there’s not a single difference between a Snoozer and a dog bed off the shelf: there are several.

Quality and durability are sewn into every detail. You can see it in the made-to-order fabric. You can feel it in superior, resilient cushioning. You can even smell it in the cedar shavings that accompany our poly fill.

Other details aren’t as obvious, but they matter just as much. For instance, overlocked stitching hides rugged brass zippers. That’s because liners are made to be washer-friendly, just like our covers. When the time comes, you can replace the filling and make your Snoozer like new again, year in and year out.

Your pet is part of the family. We get that – because we feel exactly the same way. That’s why we think about how dogs behave. We watch how they age. And we manufacture dog beds and other products that are going to make both you and your dog happy for a long, long time.

We’ve made lots of customers happy over the years —and their owners too. Thousands of Snoozer customers have shared their love of Snoozer Products with us. Click here to see a gallery of Snoozer love!

We love our snoozers....but NOT for pups - 2 very large Maine Coon CATS...who appreciate the accommodations (even though it generally takes them to what they consider unpleasant places (the doctor or baths)

I bought this bag in a size Large (for dogs up to 30lbs) for my 19lb dachshund. We used it twice and on the 2nd use the bottom broke so it can not be rolled and the metal rods stick out. I contacted the company and was able to get a replacement within a few weeks. I opened the box of the new bag a few months later only to realize the company had sent me another broken bag. This bag was covered in redish/brown dog hair (my dog is black/grey) and the bottom was broken the same way mine had broke. I contacted customer service multiple times and when I finally spoke with a representative He was very rude and told me there was no way they had sent me a broken bag and I am still waiting on a response on how they will handle the situation. I would suggest not purchasing this bag. The bottom is not sturdy and the plastic portion breaks very easily exposing the metal rods which secure the bottom of the bag.

I live with my 25lb pooch in NYC, and I was hopefull that this would make my traveling to and from my girlfriends house better on long weekends going from lower east side to upper east side on the train (which doesn't allow dogs). I've had this for 3 months, and initially was happy with it, but after ~45 days the aluminum framing on the bottom started to get pulled out of the plastic molds that held it in place, and I had to manually put them back in mid trip on a busy subway (annoying, but manageable). Yesterday on our trip back, he started to wiggle around as he does since the train makes him a little anxious, and the aluminum bars broke the plastic holders, effectively making it useless from this point forward. I would recommend that in future iterations that they replace the plastic holdings with aluminum, and maybe secure it with a single screw to ensure it doesn't get pulled out. Maybe this is feasible, maybe it's not, just a suggestion.
