“I ordered this product as a friend from my mothers group recommended it. The first one I ordered was bit too enthusiastic and I found a fine mist of moisture on the table that I set it on. When I liaised with Laura she tried to trouble shoot with me. When this didn't work she offered to send me a new base and this worked a treat. We have been using this all day every day! Initially because my poor 6 month old had a horrible cold, but now I just love the way it cleans the air. We also have a snotty nose aspirator and it was the only thing that was clearing his nose. Poor thing was so blocked up that he couldn't feed. My neighbour came over with hers and once I saw how much it helped. I send my husband out that night to look for one. Great products and wonderful service.”
