I had purchased this for my 18 month old who is suffering from sinuses and I have to say I am 100% amazed An so happy that it has helped with both her congestion and sleep. Every night without fail my nose blocks up when I lay down, since I got the diffuser I have noticed that I get a much deeper sleep and especially with the Winter Rescue Remedy oil as it clears my nose within minutes. I move my diffuser from room to room depending on where I am and love that I can use it to just spread nice smells as well as using it to clear our noses and the air just feels cleaner.”

Getting it though was very frustrating and disappointing.
I received an email saying my parcel was delivered, I was at home and no delivery!
Emailed Snotty noses and Sendle both replied saying they would look into it.
Nothing from Snotty noses about where it was and Sendle said it would take 10 days to find it.
Only reason I found my parcel was because it was delivered to a completely different address in the same suburb at least, it was left at this address without signature even when I requested a signature. I had to drive to the address and get the parcel late at night as the person was very unhappy it was left at their house.
I emailed snotty noses that this happened and I felt I should at least get the freight refunded.
No response!
I receive several emails about this and that , but I cannot get a response about the actual delivery of your product. I unsubscribed to your emails as it’s verging on spam.
Anyway still waiting on a response, even an apology.
