Both my kids have asthma and are always suffering from chest infections, croup, the flu etc etc. I use my aroma every single night with either "breathe" or "winter rescue"oils. I used to have a much cheaper brand that always left large amounts of condensation throughout the kids bedroom which lead to mold on the roof which I really quickly got over and rid of.
