“I was recommended this product by a friend and really loved the sucrion quality however I’m quite disappointed that even with the 2nd aspirator it’s broken down AGAIN. I have very careful with it and have always used the machine upright and cleaned it out after each use and still broke down on me. Never left the liquid inside. This product is very difficult to maintain. Wish it could have lasted me longer than 3 months.”

Hi Tugce, I'm so sorry to hear you haven't experienced the normal great results with Snotty Boss. We checked our customer service log and can see you reached out in July as your original unit stopped working. We organised a replacement base on the same day that you had emailed us. It's very unusual to have two faulty units. It’s a high quality machine and we have the original 2019 Snotty Boss prototype that is used every week in our office, and it’s still going strong. Unfortunately, if not assembled or used correctly, the unit could leak on the very first go. Please use high quality, well charged alkaline batteries. NOTE: new batteries from the packet can still be FAULTY, and will not produce enough charge to activate the motor. Try a few different batteries, if the 1st 2 don't work. Also rotate the batteries within the battery compartment to ensure the node ends are connecting. There is a video of this on our FAQ page. Sometimes cheaper/generic batteries or rechargeable batteries may not produce enough charge to start the motor or suction sufficiently. The better the batteries, the better the suction. Please try giving the unit 10 REALLY HARD taps on a kitchen benchtop. Tap tap on the base, then tap tap on the side (remove the collection cup first and use hard pressure to tap). As the unit may have been in transit/storage from factory to warehouse, and exposed to different temperatures, the motor may need a slight jolt. You’d be surprised how many times this little trick has got a “dead” machine working again.
