“I originally purchased a Braun nasal aspirator which did not remove any mucous from my newborn. Decided to purchase this in the hopes it would be better and it definitely is!! Works really well and comfortably fit my newborn. She hates the braun one I couldn’t get it near her without her screaming but she seems to like the snotty boss. Great product. Would recommend”

“This product was delivered and did not meet my expectations. As soon as I wanted my money back they sent me a message with links that did not help. Giving me no Avenue to send it back for returns. Still in the process of trying to claim my money back. They say you have a 30 day money back guarantee but that is not correct. They have used delayed tactics to push you over it. At the end of the day I want my daughter to be well and not have to deal with the admin of returns. Only just doing this review now. Wish I had bought at a chemist as they would have refunded or replaced straight away and my daughter would not need to suffer.”

Hi Tanyin, I wanted to jump on and personally reply to your review as we take customer satisfaction and product excellence very seriously. As a small business, we always appreciate the opportunity to assist with problems or returns seamlessly and efficiently. I wanted to clarify a few things, so there was a fair picture of the situation. After purchasing Snotty Boss on 5 June, you texted us on 2 July saying the suction wasn't as strong, and could we assist. You did not request a return/refund in that initial text. Within 24 hours, we had replied with some handy troubleshooting (as battery type and leaking can often be the cause of suction reduction). We didn't hear back from you, so assumed that the trouble shooting tips had worked (as they do in the majority of cases). However today (28 September) we received a 2nd text from you, this time asking for a refund. By 9am today, I had replied to that text, honouring and extending the 60 day satisfaction guarantee and had organised the pre-paid return satchel to be sent to you, so we could get the product back and refund your purchase. No delays, no paperwork, no hassle at all. I'm sure you understand that a business can only respond to an issue if we are notified of it. I had hoped you would have held off submitting the above review today at the same time as you texted your refund request, to give us a few hours to respond and get the problem sorted asap. Thankfully, we have responded to and actioned your refund request in less than 3 hours. I'm sorry you didn't experience the normal great results with Snotty Boss.
