Hi Thie. I can see you purchased your Snotty Boss 16 months ago in April 2022. I'm sorry to hear it has stopped working and is now outside the warranty period. We are dealing with messy runny snot, so the machine does need TLC. With correct use and cleaning, the unit should last for years. After selling over 130,000 units we have a fault rate under 1%. I can see our customer service team suggested the trouble shooting to get the machine restarted and offered you a replacement base unit for 30% off, which would have reset your warranty too. But I understand neither of those was the right option for you. All the best, Laura Founder and Director

“The Snotty boss was a waste of money to be honest, had a newborn with RSV and it did nothing so I ended up getting a Frrida which worked 10 times better. I've thrown the snotty boss out The vaporiser is great and has multiple functions that are useful”

Hi Amanda, Thanks for your feedback, and I'm sorry you haven't experienced the normal great results with Snotty Boss. If you are getting better results with the Nose Frida, I'm wondering if your Snotty Boss might be faulty? As the suction should be strong and consistent. Have you already reached out to us for help? I couldn't see any messages. Thanks for understanding we can only help with a problem if we know about it, and always prefer to have the chance to solve a fault or issue before someone writes a negative review. Snotty Boss suction should be strong and the process should be quick (10-20 seconds). If you are not getting strong suction, you can easily test it, and check for faults. Have you already scanned the QR code on the base of the unit to access the troubleshooting? Video 5 shows you how to test the suction on the palm of your hand. I can see you purchased the unit in July, and Snotty Boss has a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If it's not the right product for you, it's best to return it for a refund. “I have a Hush Vaporiser in each of my grand children’s rooms, it great for the nightlight if I have to get up to them when they sleep over, the oils are great too. I have started buying them as baby shower presents too.”
