“I ordered a Solace band as a gift and I added a mystery gift band for an extra charge. The mystery band was too small but I was able to exchange for the correct size. They made everything so easy and the replacement they sent was well recieved. I had a very good experience with this company and the product was well made.”
“I was concerned that I would receive a mystery loop in a funky color. I did not. The loop is gray in color and appears to be well made. Definitely worth the price I paid for it. The problem is the size. It's too big. Not by much, but too big. The watch head wants to slide around my wrist. I measured my wrist multiple times before I ordered the loop. Going by the sizing chart, I definitely needed the Large, which I ordered. Not good. Now I'm concerned about the loop I purchased for my wife as a Christmas gift. Hopefully I don't lose my return window waiting for Christmas Day.”
