“Overall, the bands are very good and are comfortable as adverised.
However, I ordered during a special buy two get one free. My band was the Paladin olive colored band and was defective. The return process was smooth. However, I received the exchange band and it was one that I already purchased and not the Paladin olive colored band. Well, that is useless!!
I contacted the company and they said when the free band is defective, you don't get a choice of what free band is replaced. Even though I explained that I already have that band, they didnt care.
I ended up having to purchase this checkered band. As I said, it is a good band and comfortable.
Beware: If your free band is defective you may not get the same band returned and if you already have a Solace bands it may be a duplicate - Boo!”
“My silicon apple watch band was never comfortable and I took my watch off any time I absolutely didn't need to wear it. After about 3 months I started to develop an itchy rash on my left wrist so I switched to my right. Then the rash started on my right wrist. I searched online for solutions and fortunately found Solace bands. My new band is so comfortable that I forget to take my watch off to charge it. My wrist size is right at the top size of extra small/bottom size of small. I went for XS because I read in the reviews that the band might stretch a little. I've worn the band for about 3 weeks now, and it has stretched to be just the perfect size. I love it!”
“I love the look and the feel of this watch band! However it’s a little too big for me, even though I got an XS. It also got a tad stretched out from putting it on and taking it off everyday. I do have very small wrists, so I knew this could be an issue, but I wish it was just a little smaller, or that the company made an XXS.”
