“The product itself seems okay but I do not think I will order from them again, because everything was a hassle.
I could not find any way to measure on the website. So I measured my wrist, then measured my current band. Both measurements fell within what was listed as the measurements for size small, so I bought that size.
When it got here it was so tight it was cutting off my circulation. I went to do an exchange but then it said I had to print out the return label. I do not own a printer.
It took them a week to get back to me and after back and forth they said that I could go to a USPS center to get the label printed. This is not a thing that exists and my post office could not do it so I ended up having to go to the library which is 20 minutes away from me.
The replacement bands came quickly and they fit. They seem okay but we'll see how they hold up over time. They are comfortable so far and do not get funky like the silicone ones.
I would reccomend sizing up if you plan to get one.
I would also suggest to the company to include return lables in the package - most companies I have ordered things from do this automatically. If returns/exchanges are truly not an issue then the label should be included within the package.”
