“In my measurements, I was between an XS and Small band (tiny wrists). I went with the XS and have been happy with the choice. It is not overly tight wearing all day. I have done multiple gym workouts, runs and swims with it and it has been amazing (and dries quickly)! Highly recommend for the price. Better if not the same as quality as the Apple band I got.”
