“I purchased the band small assuming it would loosen a little over time. I use at the gym every morning and at times will move it up on arm to make room for wrist straps. After a couple of months the band is so stretched out it is unwearable. I tried to wash/dry it thinking it would tighten up and it did for just a day or two. Does not last.”

I put it on my watch the day I got it in and haven't looked back since. This is the most comfortable band I have ever owned. I work all day (in the hospital), go to the gym, do everything around the house, and most times I forget I even have my watch still on. So easy to clean and so lightweight and comfortable. “I was happy with this band for about 2 months - it was comfortable and fit well. Then it permanently stretched out near the ends and just slid up and down my wrist, despite ordering their recommended size. I contacted support asking if they had a warranty and they apologized and said "The band may stretch out a little over time. If you plan to get it wet consistently, we recommend sizing down." The band had never gotten fully wet, or wet often, but at that point I decided it wasn't worth pursuing a replacement. Overall it's not worth $30 for a couple months of use, and I disappointed by my experience with support.”
“I really like my band, being able to pull on and off easily, but have noticed it fitting looser lately where it doesn't always pick up my HR. I remeasured my wrist and it measured 17cm, which should be M per the size tables and that is the size of the band I have. Disappointed that the band is loose already and didn't last very long before stretching.”
