“I bought two of these bands, one in Pearl and one in sand. The Pearl one stretched horribly in the oddest way-outward. It was suggested by customer service. that I wash it to get its shape back, but that didn’t work. My other band is still looking nice and hopefully won’t stretch like that.”
“I was so happy at first to receive this as a gift. The band is very comfortable, but it stretches out too much for a good rating. I ordered the small per their measurement guide, but it was too tight. I exchanged it for the medium which fit great at first, but now is too loose after just a couple weeks of normal use. I wish they'd inform you that it stretches/loosens and I may have stayed with the right size. Now I have a watch that slides up and down my wrist. If it stayed true to original size OR if they advised me to stay with the smaller one which by now would probably fit perfectly, I'd likely give it 5 stars.”
