“As with any new product, my first impressions were favorable for this band. I immediately noticed how light my watch assembly was and how breathable it was. It was fantastic.
Then, it got wet. And it’s similar to getting a sweatshirt wet. Takes quite some time to dry. I just can’t wear this when doing anything wet or heavy workout. Ok I thought. I can do that. Then the band started to pull out from the Apple Watch link so that it didn’t sit correctly and I could see the exposed ends. That used to be nearly fastened. After working this for a couple months, I thought Solace would fully stand behind it. But they denied the first claim, then required 1/3rd the price of the band for the warranty claim. $10 for a replacement band that failed in 2 months. I don’t have a lot of confidence in this company any more. I wouldn’t pay $10 for a band. It’s a shame. Their price point seemed like a good balance between the cheap amazing bands and apples bands.”
